WELLS AUTO GROUP: The vehicle was to be delivered on Monday or Tuesday of the following week. who proceeded to shred the documents we had already signed. Sadly, the manager left the dealership during our negotiations and left the finance guy holding the deal. When I refused, the finance guy’s entire demeanor changed. This was likely because I am a decent negotiator and then also refused to purchase their third party warranty, meaning they would not be getting that extra commission. they decided that they would NOT fix the leak, but only “refill with coolant”. again, AFTER I had already signed several documents in the finance office. it was known that the leak would be repaired before we took delivery. Why? Because they refuse to honor the word of their salesperson, who knew (and we have witnesses) that the vehicle we were purchasing had a significant coolant leak. We spent two hours to get to the point of. We were excited and ready to purchase a vehicle.
